ODYSSEY is a genre-bending jazz project where double bassist Adrien Tyberghein transforms his instrument into a shape-shifting voice; rhythmic, melodic, percussive, textural. Backed by piano and drums, the trio mixes oral traditions, contemporary composition and sound design into one continuous sonic travel.

Catch the trio live at Maison Folie Hospice d'Havré on Tuesday, October 13 as part of the Tourcoing Jazz Festival, and on Thursday, October 15 at Le Baixu in Brussels (BE).

To celebrate three decades of musical adventure, agency founder Poney Gross brings together the exceptional artists who've shaped Zig Zag World's history: accordionist Didier Laloy, double bassist Adrien Tyberghien, bassist Manou Gallo, singer BJ Scott, percussionist Babara Bangoura, Laïla Amezian, Manu Hermia, and Dyad & Strings Quartet.

We had the pleasure of attending the Belgian Worldwide Music Meeting 2026, one of the most vibrant gatherings in the world music scene in Belgium.
As a member of the Belgian Worldwide Music Network, we joined fellow artists, promoters and music professionals for a day filled rich exchanges!

After 3 days of residency at Boabop Théâtre, we recorded and filmed a live session of 5 of La Banza (Silvia Bazantova) songs called La Banza’s Melting Spot.

We are more than pleased to introduce ODYSSEY, the brand new project from the Adrien Tyberghein Trio! A sonic traversal across cultures, where oral and rhythmic traditions meet classical writing and contemporary jazz. Come experience it live on October 13, 2026 at the Tourcoing Jazz Festival.

This spring, Poney Gross travelled across Europe to engage with the international music industry, attending three of the most influential professional markets in the field: Classical:NEXT in Budapest (classical & art music), the IAMA International Conference in Tallinn (classical music artist management), and jazzahead! in Bremen, the global meeting point for jazz and improvised music.

Just one month before the concert on February 8 at the Cirque Royal, the event is now sold out.
The concert will offer a retrospective experience through key moments of Didier’s career, accompanied by close collaborators.
