Didier Laloy has for many years been regarded as one of the most active figures in the revival of the diatonic accordion in Europe. His stage presence, ability to move effortlessly across musical genres, subtle playing style and human qualities have made him a highly sought-after and widely appreciated musician on the international scene.

To celebrate 30 years of career, he brings his musical world into dialogue with classical music. Leading figures from the Belgian and Cuban classical scenes revisit and rearrange his repertoire, creating a unique fusion between the diatonic accordion and the symphonic orchestra.

An album recorded in Cuba with the Orquesta Sinfónico del Lyceum de La Habana marked the beginning of this project and paved the way for a tour in collaboration with the Chamber Orchestra of La Néthen and the Ensemble Quartz. This exceptional concert is now sold out.
